‘Clean your air, Care your life’ returns with 30,000 quotas of half price A/C cleaning services on May 9, 2022
9 May 2022EGAT continues the ‘Clean your air, Care your life’ project with phases two and three and added a total of 30,000 quotas nationwide to give 50% promotion on air-conditioner cleaning services. Phase two now opens for registration on May 9, 2022.
Mr. Suttipong Chalermkiat, Assistant Governor – Sustainability Management and Deputy Spokesman of the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), revealed that the Ministry of Energy, EGAT, and Thai Air Conditioning Traders Association (T.A.T.A.) launched the first phase of the ‘Clean your air, Care your life’ project to give air-conditioner cleaning services to Thai people free of charge, which was well received by the public. To thank Thai people and support energy-saving continuously, EGAT extended the ‘Clean your air, Care your life’ project to phases two and three and added a total of 30,000 quotas to the project. Cleaning air-conditioners will help save expenses by approximately 10% because it increases the efficiency of air-conditioners and saves more energy.
In the second phase of ‘Clean your air, Care your life,’ EGAT joined with modern trades in department stores and added 20,000 quotas nationwide. EGAT pays for half the price of the service, or 300 Baht, while air-conditioner cleaners pay the other half, or 300 Baht. The registration opened on May 9, 2022 at participating department stores, namely HomePro, Power Buy, The Mall, The Emporium, Siam Paragon, and Blúport. As for the third phase of the project, EGAT will join with T.A.T.A. to add an additional 10,000 quotas nationwide and will open for registration in June 2022.
