Bidding documents for Kraseaw and Huai Mae Tho Hydropower Projects available now until July 14, 2025
24 June 2025EGAT accelerates its clean energy development by announcing the sale of bidding documents for Kraseaw and Huai Mae Tho Hydropower Projects, available now until July 14, 2025, to open opportunities for entrepreneurs to take part in advancing clean energy of the country.
Mr. Thidade Eiamsai, Deputy Governor – Power Plant Development and Renewable Energy of Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), revealed that EGAT is pushing ahead with the development of the 1.5 MW Kraseaw Hydropower Project (KRS-H1) in Suphan Buri Province and the 1.25 MW Huai Mae Tho Hydropower Project (HMT-H1) in Tak Province. These projects aim to optimize the efficient use of water resources for maximum and sustainable benefits, a part of driving the country toward Carbon Neutrality by 2050.
Those interested can purchase the bidding documents, available now until July 14, 2025. The bid opening dates of HMT-H1 and KRS-H1 are scheduled on August 27 and 28, 2025, respectively (subject to change). For more information, please visit
