泰国国家电力局竭力为泰国人民提供清洁电力能源，计划于2022年1月启售乌本拉水库混合浮动太阳能电池板项目竞标书。 泰国国家电力局预售乌本拉水库混合浮动太阳能电池板项目标书，共同助力泰国向碳中和目标迈进，利用太阳能及水力发电，同时安装储能系统，以提高电力生产的稳定性和连续性。 泰国国家电力局电厂及可再生能源促进部副部长巴拉萨·盛查瓦诺先生表示，自从诗琳通水库混合浮动太阳能电池板项目成功之后，泰国国家电力局计划将开售乌本拉水库混合浮动太阳能电池板项目的建设竞标书，该项目计划发电功率为24兆瓦，同时将配备电力储能系统，以促进电力生产的持续性以及大力增强发电效率。并计划于2022年1月4日至2月15日期间开售竞标书，截止日期为2022年3月9日。 乌本拉水库混合浮动太阳能电池板项目是依照《2018年-2037年泰国电力生产发展计划（第一次修订版）》而提出的，计划规定将筹建可再生能源发电厂项目，将建造2,725兆瓦的太阳能浮力发电站和水电站。乌本拉水库混合浮动太阳能电池板项目的特点是将配备电力储能系统或者高质量的储能电池，以期可更好地储存剩余电力。同时还可将上述两种能源发电类型在转型时期用于电力生产补充，保证电力生产的稳定，保证能够稳定有效地持续供电，在减少可再生能源使用限制的同时，还可以促进可再生能源更加稳定的发电，推动泰国实现二氧化碳零排放的政策目标。并且该项目计划在2023年向商业系统供电。 https://www4.egat.co.th/fprocurement/biddingeng/main/1997

泰国诗琳通公主殿下为“诗琳通大坝水电—浮体光伏综合能源发电厂”正式揭牌 2021年12月15日，诗琳通公主殿下亲临乌汶府诗琳通大坝主持“水电—浮体光伏综合能源发电厂（Hydro-Floating Solar Hybrid）”揭牌仪式。副总理兼能源部长、乌汶府府尹、第六步兵师师长、第三警区副指挥官、能源部常任秘书长、当地政府部门领导、国家电力局局长及相关人员恭迎圣驾。 诗琳通公主殿下亲自按下按钮为“水电—浮体光伏综合能源发电厂”揭牌。该发电厂为泰国国家电力局（EGAT）位于诗琳通大坝所开发的首个浮体光伏与现有水电站相结合的综合能源项目（Hydro-Floating Solar Hybrid），也是目前全球规模最大的此类发电项目，光伏发电量为45兆瓦，所占水域面积450莱（约720,000平方米），这意味着在白天可以利用光伏发电，而在没有阳光时或夜间用电高峰时段则可以利用水力发电。另外，通过所配置的能源管理系统（EMS）与天气预报系统（Weather Forecast System）对能源进行优化配置，能够有效应对可再生能源的不确定性，从而实现更长时间持续发电，并提高系统供电的可靠性。该发电厂已于2021年10月31日正式投入商业运营，不仅有助于加强国家能源安全，而且通过清洁能源发电，可实现每年减少约4.7万吨的温室气体排放量，并助力泰国迈向低碳社会。 随后，诗琳通公主殿下乘车前往附近一座名为“Sirindharn-prapakorn”的综合建筑，并在抵达后按下按钮为新建筑揭牌。该建筑内设有“水光结合、共创辉煌——庆祝诗琳通大坝建成50周年主题展”，生动地展现了诗琳通大坝的建设历程。据介绍，诗琳通大坝于1968年开工建设，1971年11月27日泰国拉玛九世普密蓬·阿杜德先王陛下驾临主持开幕仪式，并以公主的名字命名为“诗琳通大坝”。 仪式结束后，诗琳通公主殿下移步前往丛林空中走廊（Nature Walkway），接着亲手种下大花紫薇。公主殿下与部分接驾人员合影留念，并接受所呈献的特产礼篮之后便移驾离开。 “Sirindharn-prapakorn”综合建筑设有介绍能源知识的展区和多种功能空间，以接待游客。建筑整体外观采用弧形设计，其灵感来源于地球围绕太阳运行的轨道，意在反映太阳能作为电力来源的角色。另外，在选用材料上特别注重自然质感，使得建筑与周围环境融为一体。该建筑与丛林空中走廊之间由一个圆形平台相连，平台地面上有着乌汶府的标志——莲花图案，穿过此处便可观赏到诗琳通大坝的美景及壮观的浮动光伏发电厂。泰国国家电力局致力将此地打造成乌汶府新的旅游景点和可再生能源教育场所，这将为当地居民创造就业机会和收入，使其能够以可持续的方式自力更生。
