泰国国泰国国家电力局迈进54周年，为迎接低碳趋势开展首次大整改，通过依靠国内资源改善能源危机，同时扩大能源服务以应对多项问题。 泰国国家电力局通过增加生产可循环使用能源的比例，从而应对0碳排放的问题，重点依靠国内自然资源以保证能源供给的稳定性，有助于减少燃料成本。与此同时还将大力推动泰国国家电力局成为可充分满足电力用户不同需求的服务者。 佛历2565年5月1日，泰国国家电力局局长Boonyanit Wongrukmit先生在国家电力局成立周年庆典上介绍了今后的发展方向，鉴于当前的能源危机以及世界能源朝向清洁能源发展的趋势，为减少温室气体的排放以达到0碳排放的水平，泰国国家电力局将持续向前推动并提高通过可循环能源生产电力能源的占比，以此通过依靠本国国内自然资源，减少进口高价燃料，保证国民有充足的可使用能源。即便处于能源危机期间，但已有的主要项目即泰国国家电力局承建的浮动太阳能和水库水力发电同时生产的混合式发电厂，即混合浮动太阳能发电厂。该项目作为乌汶府诗琳通水库领航项目的重点方案，已经取得了实际的成功，该项目的建成也将大大减少电力生产的成本，有利于环境的保护，同时也将促进当地旅游，从而推动经济的发展。因此，泰国国家电力局将在未来5-10年以内完成PDP2018 Rev.1计划中通过该混合浮动太阳能发电项目生产2,725兆瓦电力能源的目标。其中佛历2565年处于发展孔敬府乌邦拉水库混合浮动太阳能发电厂的阶段，计划将建成后将具备24兆瓦的生产力，预计将于佛历2566年可提供商业用电，同时还有计划将在北碧府诗那卡琳水库和哇集拉隆功水库混合浮动太阳能发电厂以及电力资源储蓄池的修建。上述两处水库具备充沛的水量、利于修建混合浮动设备的地理环境以及修建电力资源储蓄池的优势条件，同时两个项目完工后可向全国各地供给的电力能源高达1,100兆瓦，将大大提高国家电力资源的管理工作，为国家电力能源的稳定提供极大的保障。 与此同时，泰国国家电力局还推进了电网现代化项目的发展，以便能够更加合理化地使用可循环资源，将不会在整体上对电力生产系统的稳定性造成影响。计划将于佛历2565年，把泰国国家电力局通过可循环能源发展而来的电力生产预报系统在全国范围内的电力管理中心进行安装，共计11所。此外还有在华富里府猜也巴丹高压电站建立电力能源蓄电池的项目以及两项数码化高压电站的改造项目，即沙缴府甘塔拉剌高压电站以及桐艾府高压电站，预计上述项目同样可于今年投入到商业用电的使用中，将极大的提高电力管理及运输的平稳性。 此外，泰国国家电力局也不断加强商务能力，致力于成为能源解决方案的提供者，以解决国民在电力能源方面的种种需求，如： EGAT电动汽车充电站业务，目前，泰国国家电力局在全国范围共建立了快充及普通模式的EleX by EGAT充电站共计49所，并且将于今年完成共建120所充电站的目标，以此来支持国家电动汽车生态系统的建立。除此以外，泰国国家电力局还与首都电力局以及地区电力局共同合作，建立可进行通用的充电平台，从而能够调查电动汽车用户的消费行为和制定合理的电力能源服务计划，此外还能够以此来规划充电站的扩容和升级，同时也能减少重复的资金投入问题。 液化天然气业务，推动交通市场液化天然气的开发和进口，从而减少电力生产过程中燃料的资金成本，该措施可在能源危机期间能够减轻国民负担高达500万泰铢。同业也已经与泰国国家石油股份有限公司达成协议将共同投资在罗勇府廊费县建立第二所液化天然气存储及加工厂，旨在扩展国内天然气基础建设的项目计划，长远性地为国家能源稳定提供支持。预计该项目将于佛历2565年11月投入商业用途。 创新电力有限公司，推动能源创新和未来科技的发展，例如：电力资源贸易市场技术、碳信贷交易等。 除此以外，泰国国家电力局在碳中和政策的指导下，通过多个项目持续推动国家步入低碳社会，如：“百万莱植树造林项目”计划在佛历2565年至佛历2574年的十年时间共植树一百万莱；建立智能能源管理系统，可用于对各建筑的电力管理和控制，目前已率先用于大型商务企业以及工业组织；五号智能节电项目致力于保证国民生活质量的可持续发展。 泰国国家电力局秉持“EGAT for ALL :泰国国家电力局属于每位公民并且致力于为每位公民奉献”的宗旨，在大力发展使用清洁能源生产电力的同时也兼顾保持能源的平衡性。以人民和国家为重心，持续且稳定地开发国家能源，创造环境友好型能源生态，该举措将使泰国能够在国际经济舞台上加强海外投资者前来泰国投资的信心。
