德意志联邦共和国驻泰国大使馆高度赞扬世界最大的混合漂浮太阳能蓄水电站，作为环境友好型能源的同时还为社区带来可持续发展 佛历2566年2月10日，德意志联邦共和国驻泰国曼谷大使乔治·施密特先生携手泰国德国商会、德国国际合作组织以及西门子有限公司领导团共同参观了与位于乌汶府诗琳通大坝水力发电厂合作的浮动太阳能发电站，该发电站产电力为45兆瓦。泰国国家电力局发电厂工程和建造部副部长差猜·玛旺先生以及领导团对访问团的到来表示了热烈的欢迎，同时向访问团介绍了该项目发展的资料以及该项目对提升生活品质可持续发展的情况。 德德意志联邦共和国驻泰国大使乔治·施密特先生对诗琳通大坝浮动太阳能发电站项目按照预期目标获得巨大成功、该项目有助于提供稳定的清洁能源以及对社会和环境友好型的优势表示赞扬。体现了国家电力局坚定不移的推动泰国清洁能源发展，同时还有助于帮助当地社区居民自力更生，可持续性地向前发展。德国大使还十分欣赏将太阳能和水能相结合的技术创新用于电力生产，还表示“德国公司的技术能够帮助我们发挥最大的潜能来使用泰国的可再生能源，多年来德国和泰国在政治、经济和科技方面都保持着多项合作，我们共同合作以谋求发展和持续性。上述项目是我们在能源合作方面的最新一次成功合作。 泰国国家电力局发电厂工程和建造部副部长差猜·玛旺先生补充说道，泰国国家电力局将浮动太阳能蓄电池技术与诗琳通大坝水电站相结合，以减少可再生能源的局限性，使得可再生能源的生产更加具备稳定性，同时推动泰国达成政府政策制定的碳中和目标。除此之外，泰国国家电力局还十分重视居民生活质量的发展，通过推动发电厂发展成为乌汶府重要的旅游景区和学习中心，通过发展旅游为当地居民创造可持续性的就业和增加收入，同时还有助于提升整个府的整体经济情况。在开放观光世界最大的混合漂浮太阳能蓄水电站项目后，吸引了超过420,000名游客到此游览，为当地社区的各个事业单位创造了超过8.3百万的总收入。 西门子有限公司董事长泰莱·凡对混合漂浮太阳能蓄水电站项目的成功落地表示祝贺，认为该项目的落成是通过可再生能源发展电力生产的重要前进步伐。西门子有限公司作为该项目的一份子也感到十分骄傲，在可再生能源的管理工作中提供了微电网控制、光伏电站控制、分布式能源优化的技术支持，以及水坝太阳能和水能的提供，以提升整个电力系统的稳定、高效和平衡。 至此，诗琳通混合漂浮太阳能蓄水电站项目的成功有助于每年减少47,000顿的二氧化碳排放，也将对周边辐射地区带来巨大的利益。泰国国家电力局也预备建设全国范围内的9个水坝修建混合漂浮太阳能蓄水电站，共计16个项目，产电力总计达2,725兆瓦，以期能够推动社会实现真正的无碳社会。下一个项目是孔敬府乌文拉的混合漂浮太阳能蓄水电站项目，产电力为24兆瓦，规划在佛历2566年将投入使用并提供商业用电，并将通过在混合漂浮太阳能蓄水电站中安装使用电池储能系统来持续提升通过可再生能源生产电力过程中的稳定性，从而能够使得电力生产更加具备稳定性和持续性。
