泰国国家电力局支持可再生能源发展趋势，两座大型水库水电站改造工程项目公开进行招标。 泰国国家电力局公开出售诗琳通水库和拉查巴帕水库水电站改造工程项目竞标书，推动配备高效生产设备替代原有陈旧设备，大力支持通过可再生能源生产电力，向碳中和目标迈进。 泰国国家电力局负责可再生能源及电厂发展的副局长Prasertsak Cherngchawano先生表示，泰国国家电力局开始公开出售诗琳通水库和拉查巴帕水库水电站改造工程项目竞标书，其中包括北碧府诗琳通水库第4-5台设备共有360兆瓦的产电力，以及素叻他尼府拉查巴帕水库水电站第1-3台设备共有240兆瓦的产电力，通过改造项目将提升电力生产效率和延长发电设备的使用寿命。竞标书材料将于2022年5月18日至6月20日期间公开出售，于2022年7月25日举行拉查巴帕水库水电站第1-3台设备改造工程项目的竞标，诗琳通水库水电站第4-5台设备改造工程项目的竞标则将于2022年7月26日举行。 诗琳通水库和拉查巴帕水库水电站改造工程项目旨在大力改造电力生产设备及配件使其更加具备现代化和高效化，有助于延长设备使用寿命将不少于30年以及降低维护成本，同时还将在此基础上通过引进AI人工智能技术对设备及配件进行改造，从而推动向数字化发电厂转变的进程。除此以外，诗琳通水库水电站第4-5台设备还将使用回流泵技术，能够将水资源回流到储能系统，至于拉查巴帕水库水电站第1-3台设备则计划将于2025年-2027年逐步向电力系统提供商业用地按。两项改造工程项目将推动可再生能源发电的发展，同时其环境友好型的模式也符合碳中和的政策目标，详情感兴趣者可从以下网址链接查询：https://www4.egat.co.th/fprocurement/biddingeng/
