The power plant at the downstream of Chulabhorn Dam can make further use of Chulabhorn Dam by bringing the water discharged from Chulabhorn Dam through the drainage building into the original river for electricity generation before discharging into Phrom River and flows into Huai Kum Dam. The Phrom diversion Dam (Nam Phrom Irrigation Project) situated at the downstream of Chulabhorn Dam can make use of water for the benefit of agriculture and consumption. It is the utilization of water resource for the maximum benefit.
