Pha Juk Diversion Dam Project is one of the Nan River Development Project. The dam is built across Nan River at Muang District, Uttaradit Province having Sirikit Dam as a water source. The project is under cooperation between Royal Irrigation Department and Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand to make the utmost use of water resource for irrigation and electricity generation before discharging into the downstream for further use.
