泰国国家电力局正式启用帕主水库水电站，推动清洁能源发展，提升电力系统稳定性 泰国国家电力局正式启用帕主水库水电站，通过最大限度利用水资源生产的清洁能源供应商业用电，从而保证电力系统的稳定性，作为环境友好型的能源发展模式共同推动国家步入可持续发展的低碳型社会。 佛历2566年1月18日，程逸府府尹Somwang Puangbangpo先生以及泰国国家电力局局长Bunyanit Wongrakmit先生在程逸府程逸县共同以开幕式主席的身份参与了帕主水库水电站的开幕典礼。 程逸府府尹Somwang Puangbangpo先生表示，该项目可视为是最大限度的利用了水资源并使其发挥最大价值，通过将帕主水库中本就需要排泄的的水源通过机器的转换生产电力，在其被排泄之前能够再次被利用起来，对农业和共同能源方面都起到积极的作用。同时还保证北部地区的能源稳定、保护生态环境、发展旅游以及为程逸府和周边人民建立学习中心。 M泰国国家电力局局长Bunyanit Wongrakmit先生表示，帕主水库水电站是灌溉司和国家电力局在灌溉水库尾端水电发展项目中共同合作而来的成果，发电力共计14兆瓦，共两台发电机（每台7兆瓦），于佛历2565年9月30日开始供应商业用电。有利于国家能源稳定性的保证，同时还有利于每年减少排放45,000顿的碳排放。通过清洁能源较好地解决了全球变暖的难题，此外也符合国家碳中和与社会、社区及环境共同发展的政策。
