泰国国家电力局在世界能源舞台“2023年泰国曼谷新能源展览会”和“2023年亚洲太阳能+储能展览会”高举实现碳中和的目标旗帜 泰国国家电力局与全世界的能源专家在2023年泰国曼谷新能源展览会和2023年亚洲太阳能+储能展览会上共同讨论了清洁能源的新趋势，其目标旨在推动泰国早日实现碳中和以及净零排放的目标。同时宣传泰国国家电力局制定而出的3S策略，汇报了电力局致力于使用科学和创新技术推动环境友好型能源的电力生产。 今日（佛历2566年8月17日），泰国国家电力局副局长Prasertsak Choengchawano先生出席了于佛历2566年8月17-18日分别在曼谷中央世界的Centara Grand酒店和曼谷会议中心举行的以“推动亚洲能源转型走向碳中和”作为主题思想的2023年年泰国曼谷新能源展览会和2023年亚洲太阳能+储能展览会开幕仪式，其目标旨在推动泰国早日实现碳中和以及净零排放的目标。有来自全世界超过100余名的清洁能源技术和能源工业领域的专家参加了展览会，分别展示了各自的理念以及针对能源领域方面的各个重要问题进行了深入的交流和讨论。 泰国国家电力局副局长Prasertsak Choengchawano先生表示，当下正式能源领域产生巨大变化的时期，正在从从化石燃料向可再生能源进行转变，泰国国家电力局制定了环境友好型的能源生产政策，计划通过3S策略在2050年实现泰国国家电力局碳中和的目标，3S策略即（1）资源转换，在电力生产过程中提高使用可循华能源的占比，通过新型技术调整发电厂和电力系统使其更加灵活，同时发展能源存储系统，如逆变器水电站、能源蓄电池和氢能源存储系统。（2）双渠道共建，增加碳吸收的能力，通过在佛历2574年内种植1百万莱的树木，以及通过对碳收集、利用和存储进行研究，使其能够在发电厂中使用。（3）支持措施机制，支持针对碳排放的补救及避免项目，如对5号电力节能标签进行更有效的设计，鼓励和支持使用电动汽车以及绿色教室项目等，从而能够更加高效率的使用资源，推动国家的可持续发展。 除此之外，在2023年度电力与能源大奖的颁奖典礼上，该奖项是能够体现在推动电力和能源创新方面获得成功的企业及个人国际性大奖，泰国国家电力局荣获“能源改革奖”，以及泰国国家电力局副局长Prasertsak Choengchawano先生荣获“年度能源领导者”的殊荣。 此外，泰国国家电力局论坛上与电力能源方面的领导者共同导论了多项议题，如：“公共事业：亚洲电网一体化的机遇与挑战”、“储能：东盟国家储能的扩大和发展”、“漂浮太阳能：东盟国家在漂浮太阳能领域的成果亮点和经验教训”、“ 如何根据机遇和挑战扩大氢能市场并建立价值链参与者”、“ 扩大电网灵活性：增长和投资的机遇”、“ 推动可持续增长：泰国能源格局的循环经济解决方案”、“ 如何利用微型交通在大城市实现低碳解决方案及案例研究”。
