泰国国家电力局参加2020年迪拜世博会，于世界舞台展示最新创举。 2022年2月20日至3月8日，泰国国家电力局远赴阿拉伯联合酋长国迪拜，在世界级展会“2020年迪拜世界博览会”能源与环境展览周期间展示了其最具潜能的三大业务发展和创新成果—“泰国国家电力局智能能源解决方案”。 今日（佛历2565年2月21日），战略部副部长吉拉蓬·诗丽卡博士代表泰国国家电力局出席2020年迪拜世博会上EGAT展览的开幕式，共有192个国家参加此次展示未来创新公益的盛会。同时，泰国驻阿拉伯联合酋长国迪拜总领事差亚拉·西里瓦先生及代表团共同出席了仪式。 吉拉蓬·诗丽卡博士表示，泰国国家电力局为能够代表泰国参加本次世界领先水平能源机构举办的博览会感到自豪。泰国国家电力局致力于通过不断推动科研、发明和创新的发展，建立稳定性能源系统及促进可持续发展电力能源，以期能够减少导致气候变化根本原因——温室气体的排放。并通过大力提升工作人员潜能和改进运作程序，预期将于2050年树立起泰国国家电力局碳中和的旗帜，以求届时将步入绿色能源时代。至于本次活动，泰国国家电力局向各个参与2020年迪拜世界博览会的与会国表明立场，泰国将积极参与到推动全球社会进入新时代以及建立环境友好型社会的进程中，同时泰国国家电力局也将在本次国际舞台上展示潜能。 吉拉蓬·诗丽卡博士补充说道，泰国国家电力局秉持“泰国国家电力局智能能源解决方案”的思路来参与本次博览会，综合性的汇报泰国国家电力集团的情况，包括泰国国家电力局电力生产公司（上市公司）、拉差集团有限责任公司、泰国国家电力局国际有限责任公司和创新动力有限责任公司，围绕以下三点内容来展示在科学技术、管理设计以及满足全球市场能源行业需求方面的进步。 1.可再生能源证书（REC）， 可再生能源证书作为泰国公司生产和交易可再生能源的信用认证，全泰国仅有泰国国家电力局一家机构具备出具可再生能源证书（国际可再生能源证书标准）的资质。泰国国家电力局着重于专门用于可再生能源证书机制而发展而来的“雷斯克平台” (Time-based REC)，目的是为了针对性地解决在同一小时内向电力用户提供可再生能源的问题，满足世界各国更加注重注重选择清洁能源的电力用户需求。同时展示“在使用可再生能源证书下每小时可再生能源交付情况试点项目（24/7 REC试点项目）”，该项目测试了Time-based REC模式下可再生能源型电力生产运输以及参与24/7 REC试点项目电力使用人员的信息收集，由此配对每小时内实际产生的发电量和使用量，同时也测试了I-REC Registry传输系统，以此来保证遵照能源属性证书（EAC）标准下所建立的智能自动补救和保障的可再生能源传输系统的稳定性。 2.Hydro-Floating Solar Hybrid Power Plant，即水能及浮式太阳能混合发电项目，将展示泰国国家电力局以及位于乌汶府诗琳通水库世界最大的浮动太阳能混合系统的最新进展。该水库能源产量高达45兆瓦，并已于佛历2564年10月31日向商业系统交付供电。接下来，泰国国家电力局将继续在全国主要发电水库的睡眠推动发展多达15个项目，共计可达2,725万兆的发电量。除此之外，泰国国家电力局还将提升混合能源管理系统(Hybrid-Energy Management System)，管理两处电力生产源头的可再生能源工厂和传送过程，保证其能够最大限度的发挥潜能，减少可再生能源存在的不确定因素，促进可再生电力能源的发展，同时还将有助于每年减少近47,000吨/年的温室气体排放量。 3.泰国国家电力局在商业解决方案的创新，泰国国家电力局将展示两个国家电力局的智能能源项目，详情如下： 基于支持能源服务的技术创新测试项目（ERC沙盒），泰国国家电力局获得了能源监管委员会电力发展基金办公室的许可，共同促进商业能源的新模式以及对实际使用的能源科学技术进行测试，因此制定了法政大学和国家电力局合作的“斯桑坦示范项目”以及“ENGY Energy is Yours”两个项目。 ENZY或ENZY平台项目，泰国国家电力局致力于创建一个能够有效为能源需求者提供服务的管理平台，跟踪能源使用情况以及提供所有运营商都能获得的价格信息。通过选择使用稳定、易安装、低成本以及为工业部门的供暖和制冷部门的能源消耗提供建议说明。ENZY平台项目已经在“东部经济走廊”计划地区的品通第三工业区率先投入使用。 泰国国家电力局希望各界能够对我方机构在探索和开发能源技术创新方面的潜力充满信心，以期在工作推动中取得最高的效率，为世界各国在国际竞争中创造有利条件，同时也邀请全世界各方组织和公司能够与泰国国家电力局建立友好关系，携手并进未来美好世界！
