“可再生能源发电量预测中心及负载响应控制中心”作为“重要助力”推动泰国电力系统升级，实现可持续稳定发展 世界各地都高度重视从化石能源发电向可再生缘发电的转变趋势，因其能够有效减少造成全球变暖的温室气体的排放量。作为全国性的能源部门，泰国国家电力局已做好充足准备提升使用可再生能源生产电力的占比，同时致力于运用数码科技技术推动泰国电力系统的现代化和稳定性发展（电网现代化），为今后加大使用可再生能源发电做好准备。 由于各个时段的气候和环境有所不同，导致可再生能源具有波动性和不确定性，因此泰国国家电力局成立了可再生能源预测中心（Renewable Energy Forecast Center: REFC）和需求响应控制中心（Demand Response Control Center: DRCC)，作为泰国推动智能电网运营佛历2565-2574年中期计划的两根重要支柱，计划将于佛历2566年8月17日正式在泰国国家电力局总部投入使用，作为泰国可再生能源预测中心和需相应控制中心的模范基地。 “REFC” 可再生能源预测中心“极致精准”： •对风能及太阳能小型发电厂的发电量进行预测（小型发电厂：SPP）； •使用预测结果与其他类型的燃料发电厂一起规划电力生产，以便电力系统能够适应可再生能源发电量的波动性和不确定性； •开发模拟系统，以覆盖超小型发电厂（VSPP）以及太阳能屋顶层； •筹备在EGAT的高压电站建立预测中心，从遍布全国的11个中心开始，从而支持可再生能源发电量在未来将高达8000兆瓦以上。 “DRCC”需求响应控制中心—助力减少电力使用： •能够在燃料昂贵的情况或电力需求最高的时期（峰值）作为控制和减少用电量的中心。由于生产能力的增加将导致电力生产成本的增加，因此，公共部门的可变电价（Ft）也可能增加，能够减少用电是一个更好的选择。 •通过负荷聚合器（LA）或用电量进行处理，即收集泰国国家电力局（MEA）和地方电力局（PEA）用电户的用电量，愿意从减少用电量中获得补偿的电费。 •在佛历2565年-2566年期间，根据国家能源政策委员会（NEPC）的决议，进行了50兆瓦目标量的试点负荷响应，以试点测试两个电力公司之间的3个位置实施了DR计划实际使用情况，将用于扩展操作结果以实现下一个目标。 随着世界能源和社会角色方向的转变，未来国家的电力生产模式也很难再保持传统的模式，实用电子数码技术进行发展创新，通过泰国国家电力局的可再生能源发电量预测中心及负载响应控制中心提升产电效率，保证电力传输的稳定性。从而成为推动泰国电力朝着稳定性和现代化发展的“重要助力”，推动泰国向使用清洁能源产电的模式转变，同时推动泰国向碳中和目标的不断前进，最终实现可持续发展！
